Please kindly take some time to read our Terms & Conditions (T&C) prior to using the site (www.bnblookbook.com). Your use of the site indicates you acknowledged, understood and agreed to abide to these T&C.

INFORMATION:

We are B&B LOOKBOOK SDN BHD, a registered company in Malaysia, with registration number 1591284-W and registered office address is BP-G-23A,D'Alpinia Business Park, Block C, Jln BPD 1, 47100 Puchong, Selangor.

RENTAL HOLDING PERIOD: 

• Gown Rental valid for 4 Days, including the day of collection and return.

• Gown Rental Extension is available for RM20 per day.
  *Extensions is to be requested during booking and will only be allowed based on the rental item’s availability. 

• Rental Deposit ranges from RM100-RM1000 depending on the gown.
   

BOOKING & PAYMENT: 

• Reservations will only be confirmed upon payment of the booking deposit.

• Full payment is required if the rental date falls on the same booking month, including gown rental fee and deposit fee.

• The booking fee (Deposit) will be collected if the rental date falls on subsequent month. The gown rental will be collected upon gown collection.
   

DEPOSIT REFUND: 

• The gown is in good condition and the deposit will be refunded within 3 working days.

• Any damage and non-removable stains will be compensated thru deposit fee according to the condition of the gown.

• You are liable for all loss or damage caused to the product in their full replacement cost or value, whichever is the higher.

BOOKING / RENTAL CANCELLATION: 

• Credit can be applied for future rental within 6 months.

• Transferable to a friend, pay RM10 fitting fee and the balance booking/deposit fee is fully retained + extended for 6 months.

• The booking/deposit fee will be automatically cancelled after 6 months.

• The validity period is calculated based on the booking date.

• -Deposit Fee Paid: Refund 50% Deposit Fee.

• -Full Payment Paid: Refund 100% Gown Rental Fee + 50% Deposit Fee.
